The Man Kung Stalker compound crossbow is a pulley crossbow with a draw weight of 185 lbs and a claimed speed of 370 FPS.
The compound system uses cams and cables to store energy, which makes it possible to keep a high draw weight in a shorter assembly than in an equivalent recurve crossbow.
Like any crossbow of this draw weight, it calls for a stirrup and a cocking method to match, and bolts with the weight recommended by the maker. It is never dry-fired, with no bolt on the rail.
