The Hikmicro Thunder TQ50 2.0 is a thermal rifle scope for night hunting at medium and long range. It uses a 640×512 sensor with NETD below 20 mK and a 50 mm F1.0 lens, which gives more base magnification and range than the 35 mm version, with detection up to 2600 m. According to the distributor, once removed from its mount it can also be used by hand as an observation monocular.

- Zeroing profiles: 5 zeroing profiles with several reticles, picture-in-picture (PIP) and stadiametric distance measurement.
- Recording: video and photos on 16 GB internal memory, audio recording and automatic recording triggered by the recoil of the shot.
- Replaceable battery: rechargeable Li-ion battery with at least 8.5 hours of runtime (25 °C, hotspot off) and external power via USB-C.
- Rugged body: IP67 protection, works from -30 °C to +55 °C and withstands recoil up to 1000 g/0.4 ms.
- HIKMICRO Sight app: Wi-Fi hotspot to view the live image and download photos and videos to your phone.

Frequently asked questions
Is the mount included? No. According to the distributor, the scope is supplied without a mount; a Thunder-series compatible mount is required and sold separately.
TQ50 2.0 or TQ35 2.0? The TQ50 2.0 has more base magnification (2.6× versus 1.8×) and detection up to 2600 m, suited to open ground. The TQ35 2.0 has a wider field of view (21.9 m at 100 m versus 15.4 m), more comfortable at short range.
Does it have a laser rangefinder? No. It has stadiametric distance measurement, which estimates distance from the size of the animal on the screen.
How long does the battery last? The manufacturer states at least 8.5 hours at 25 °C with the hotspot off. The battery is replaceable, so you can carry a spare.
Can I record my shots? Yes. Recording can start automatically with the recoil of the shot and stores video with sound on the 16 GB internal memory.
