Frequently asked questions
Why does the M300X have four microphones? With two microphones in each cup, pickup covers 360° and helps you tell the direction of sounds and voices, which is useful when hunting and when instructions are given on the range.
How does it differ from the M300A and the M300T? The M300X has more attenuation (SNR 30 dB versus 29 dB), four microphones and a 3.5 mm input. It has no Bluetooth; for wireless music and calls, the right model is the M300T.
Can I connect my phone or another audio device? Yes, by cable, through the 3.5 mm AUX input, with compatible audio devices.
If the batteries run out, am I left unprotected? No. The attenuation comes from the ear cups, which work passively; without batteries you only lose the amplification of ambient sound.
