The Arizona Elite EP50 plastic vanes are AAE vanes 12 cm long, sold in a pack of 10 units.
It is one of the larger sizes in the range. A long vane corrects flight faster right out of the bow, at the cost of some speed, which makes sense in short and medium distance shooting.
For the same reason it is a frequent choice for arrows with a broadhead and for crossbow bolts, where the point has enough surface to deflect the trajectory and needs more fletching to stabilise it.
